Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager in Woking.

You will support the Contract Manager with day-to-day delivery and financial performance of contracts, while leading and motivating staff, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to ensure high standards and timely completion. You will monitor KPIs, safety, and quality, implement improvements, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Maintenance or Facilities Management
• Desirable: previous exposure to a Contract Management role
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and teams

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Contract Manager with the day-to-day delivery and financial performance of contracts
• Managing and motivating directly employed staff, subcontractors and supply chain partners
• Ensuring planned works, disrepairs and complaints are delivered efficiently and professionally
• Monitoring KPIs, performance and service standards, implementing improvement plans
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Promoting and enforcing health & safety across all areas of the contract
• Carrying out toolbox talks, trade assessments and team training
• Leading improvement projects across quality, safety, technical performance and customer satisfaction
• Quoting for minor works and ensuring projects achieve a sustainable margin
• Managing jobs from quotation through to completion
• Supporting the out-of-hours management rota
