Job summary

Henley Chase in Hull seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee nationwide shopfitting and retail fit-out projects from pre-start to completion. You will coordinate clients, site managers, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple live projects across the UK while ensuring safety compliance and quality throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within shopfitting/retail fit-out.
• Strong understanding of fast-track retail refurbishment projects.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple live projects across the UK.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in shopfitting and retail fit-out projects to join our growing team based in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and hands-on professional who can oversee multiple projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will manage nationwide retail and commercial fit-out projects, working closely with clients, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
