At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part-time In-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Fallowfield store on a permanent basis. This role offers 15 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12.21.

Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week. We offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working options, including early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: Day Off
• Monday: 13:00-16:00
• Tuesday: 13:00-16:00
• Wednesday: 13:00-16:00
• Thursday: 13:00-16:00
• Friday: 13:00-16:00
• Saturday: Day Off

You will also have opportunities to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus Cleaners takes pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for customers. You will be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks to maintain high standards, including but not limited to:

• Operating machinery
• Thorough cleaning activities such as mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping
• Cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies as needed
• Outside work like keeping trolley bays clean and debris-free
• Applying health and safety procedures

We will support you through full training.

What will you need?

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided. You should have an eye for detail and cleanliness, and a positive attitude towards cleaning and customer service.
