At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part-time In-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Warrington store on a permanent basis. 15 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21.

Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week, and we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working options. Our shifts include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends. The current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: 13:30 - 20:00
• Monday: 18:30 - 21:30
• Tuesday: 18:30 - 21:30
• Wednesday: 18:30 - 21:30
• Thursday: Day off
• Friday: Day off
• Saturday: Day off

You will also have opportunities to increase your hours through overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Carrying out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.
• Cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies as required.
• Maintaining outdoor areas like trolley bays, keeping them free of leaves and debris.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.

Full training will be provided by Arcus.

What will you need?

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided. You should have an eye for detail and cleanliness, and a positive attitude towards cleaning and customer service.

Please note: You will need to provide a smartphone with NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of employment.
