Job Title: Part-Time In-Store Cleaner

Arcus is seeking two part-time cleaners to join our team at Sainsbury's Cheadle store on a permanent basis. Each position involves 20 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available.

Working Hours and Shifts

Sainsbury's stores operate 7 days a week. We offer various shift patterns, including early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with options for 5 or 6 days of work. The current shift schedule is:

• Sunday: Day Off
• Monday: 05:00-09:00
• Tuesday: 05:00-09:00
• Thursday: 05:00-09:00
• Friday: 05:00-09:00
• Saturday: Day Off
• Sunday: Day Off
• Monday: 12:00-16:00
• Tuesday: 12:00-16:00
• Thursday: 12:00-16:00
• Friday: Day Off
• Saturday: 12:00-16:00

There are opportunities to increase hours through overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery
• Perform thorough cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping
• Clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, and oven canopies as needed
• Maintain outside areas such as trolley bays, keeping them free of leaves and debris
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Training and Requirements

Full training will be provided. Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.

You should have an eye for detail and cleanliness, and a positive attitude towards cleaning and customer service.
