Job Title: In-store Cleaner

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part-time In-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Warren Heath store on a permanent basis. This role offers 20 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21.

Immediate start is available.

Shift Patterns

Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week. We offer various shift patterns, including 5 and 6-day workweeks, with shifts in the early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening, including weekends. The current shift pattern for this role is:

• Sunday: Day Off
• Monday: 07:30-11:30
• Tuesday: 07:30-11:30
• Thursday: Day Off
• Friday: Day Off
• Saturday: 12:30-21:00

You may have opportunities to increase your hours through overtime.

Responsibilities

Arcus cleaners take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of Sainsbury's supermarkets. Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery
• Thorough cleaning activities such as mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping
• Cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies as needed
• Outside work such as keeping trolley bays clean and debris-free
• Applying all health and safety procedures

Full training will be provided to support you in your role.

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential. We value:

• An eye for detail and cleanliness
• A positive attitude towards cleaning and customer service
• Provision of a smartphone with NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App for recording time and attendance (a condition of employment)
