Job Description

We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to join Entain. We pride ourselves on service and standards in our shops, so your role will involve completing deep cleans and emergency cleans of our shops in the region. We are looking for reliable, experienced cleaners with high standards and dedication to providing excellent customer service to our shop teams.

Reporting to the Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be part of the Regional Cleaning Team, responsible for deep cleaning and responding to urgent cleaning requests.

What you will do

Deep cleans last 2-2.5 hours, conducted twice a year, and include:

• Carpet washing/Hardwood floor cleaning
• Cleaning TV screens and casings
• Cleaning furniture
• Cleaning gaming machine areas
• Cleaning customer and staff toilets
• Cleaning staff areas

Emergency cleans are requested as needed and require immediate response, taking priority over scheduled deep cleans.

Working patterns

You will work days and evenings, 5 out of 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaner
• Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
• Knowledge of cleaning materials and supplies
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning
• Ability to prioritize urgent tasks
• Excellent time management and punctuality
