Arcus is hiring a part-time In Store Cleaner for Sainsbury's Bangor on a permanent basis. This role offers 16 hours per week at £12.71 per hour with an immediate start. Shifts cover early mornings to evenings with weekend work; pattern currently includes Sunday 10:00-14:00, Monday 12:00-16:00, Tuesday 13:00-17:00, Wednesday 15:00-19:00, plus days off Fri-Sun.

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, on-the-job training provided.
• Eye for detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery and perform daily cleaning tasks to keep stores clean.
• Carry out mopping, vacuuming, wiping and sweeping.
• In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows and canopies as needed.
• Work outside to keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Bangor store on a permanent basis. 16 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71.

Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:

Sunday: 10:00 to 14:00

Monday: 12:00 to 16:00

Tuesday: 13:00 to 17:00

Wednesday: 15:00 to 19:00

Thursday: Day off

Friday: Day off

Saturday: Day off

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.
• At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies
• At other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

Arcus will support you through full training

What will you need?

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied

A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service
