Arcus FM Limited is recruiting a part-time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Tonbridge store on a permanent basis. 14 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12.71.

Immediate start is available. Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week; Arcus offers flexible hours with early morning, morning, afternoon and evening shifts, including weekend work.

You will carry out daily cleaning tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and help keep stores clean and safe for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential
• Eye for detail and cleanliness
• Positive attitude to cleaning and customer service

Responsibilities

• Operating cleaning machinery and equipment
• Carrying out mopping, vacuuming, wiping and sweeping to maintain cleanliness
• In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies when needed
• Outside work to keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves/debris
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Tonbridgestore on a permanent basis. 14 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71.

Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is

Sunday: Day off

Monday: 05:00 - 07:30

Tuesday: 05:00 - 07:30

Wednesday: 05:00 - 07:30

Thursday: 05:00 - 07:00

Friday: 05:00 - 07:00

Saturday: 05:00 - 07:30

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury’s supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.
• At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies
• At other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

Arcus will support you through full training

What will you need?

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied

An eye for detail and cleanliness

A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service

Please note that you will need to provide a smartphone that has NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App that we use for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of your employment with us.
