ASI Automotive Recruitment is helping a franchise main dealer in Eastbourne recruit an experienced Retail / Business Manager to maximise finance, insurance and related products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead the sales process from proposal to handover, coach the sales team, ensure FCA compliance and drive performance to meet KPIs in a busy dealership environment.

Franchise Main Dealer | Eastbourne

Basic salary up to £35,000 | OTE £50,000+ | 5-day working week

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Business Manager to join a successful franchise main dealer in Eastbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded professional who knows how to maximise finance, insurance and ancillary product opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

As Retail / Business Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team and maximising every customer opportunity. You'll be responsible for:

• Managing the sales process from proposal through to vehicle handover
• Presenting and selling finance and associated products
• Maximising finance penetration and profitability
• Coaching and supporting the sales team to achieve commercial targets
• Ensuring customers receive a first-class buying experience
• Maintaining excellent compliance and FCA standards
• Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider dealership team
• Driving performance against agreed KPIs and financial objectives

About You

We're looking for someone with proven experience as a Business Manager within a franchised or independent automotive dealership.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in an automotive Business Manager role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle finance and associated products
• A proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• The ability to build rapport and influence customers
• A professional, energetic and target-driven approach
• Excellent attention to detail and compliance awareness

What's On Offer

• Basic salary up to £35,000, depending on experience
• OTE £50,000
• 5-day working week
• Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm
• 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays
