We are representing a reputable, multi-franchise car dealership in Newport, seeking a Business Manager to join their team.

This opportunity is ideal for a driven professional with a proven background in franchise dealership sales management.

As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, coaching, and motivating a dedicated sales team to exceed performance targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Attractive basic salary of £30,000, with uncapped, realistic on-target earnings exceeding £55,000 annually based on performance

Duties of the Business Manager:

• Lead, coach, and support a team of three sales executives to achieve and surpass performance metrics
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through adherence to best practices and valuing customer feedback
• Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotional events to enhance commercial results
• Develop sales strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and current customer data
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering results through leading by example
• Ensure compliance with all dealership and brand standards, promoting a positive working environment

Requirements of the Business Manager:

• Extensive, proven sales management experience within a franchise-approved car dealership
• Preferably experience within a busy brand or a small to medium-sized dealership
• Strong background in a sales-driven environment, ideally with F&I experience
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team as the Bussiness Manager
• Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for the motor trade
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing team performance
