Job summary

ASI Recruitment Ltd is assisting a respected franchise main dealer in Eastbourne to recruit an experienced Retail / Business Manager. You’ll oversee the sales process from proposal to handover, present finance products, maximise finance penetration and coach the sales team to hit targets, while delivering a high-quality customer experience and maintaining FCA compliance.

This 5‑day week role offers a basic salary up to £35,000 with an OTE of £50,000+ and career progression within the established

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Manager within an automotive dealership or franchised operation.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle finance and associated products.
• Track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional, energetic and target-driven with strong compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Managing the sales process from proposal through to vehicle handover.
• Presenting and selling finance and associated products.
• Maximising finance penetration and profitability.
• Coaching and supporting the sales team to achieve commercial targets.
• Ensuring customers receive a first-class buying experience.
• Maintaining FCA standards and compliance.
• Working with the Sales Manager and dealership team to drive KPIs.
