Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking an experienced Business Systems & Applications Manager to support, improve and modernise core business systems in a fast-paced environment. The role combines ERP, SQL, Power BI and business process expertise to impact multiple teams across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and improving ERP or business management systems (implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, ongoing support).
• Strong SQL and reporting skills, with experience using Power BI or similar tools.
• Knowledge of data integration, Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and business processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve core ERP and business applications, ensuring stability and data quality.
• Use SQL to extract, analyse and manage business data.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, purchasing, inventory and warehousing to improve processes and systems.
• Support system upgrades, implementations and technology projects.
• Manage relationships with external IT and software support partners.
• Provide user support, training and clear system documentation.
• Identify practical technology solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
