Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive to manage a Retail Branch on a part-time basis with 17 hours per week in Totton. The role includes weekend shifts and serving as the main contact for customers to drive appraisals and deals.

You will receive a fantastic monthly bonus and an annual bonus based on company performance, plus a benefits package and opportunities for progression as part of the market-leading car-buying brand.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• As the main point of contact, ensure the efficient running of branches and assist customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to coordinate operations.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £11,280 per year

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 17 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 2 days on 5 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:
