WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is hiring a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager for the UK. The role is 17 hours per week, on a rotational shift pattern of 2 days on, 5 days off, with weekend work. Salary is £11,280 per year, with fantastic monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance.

We are growing FAST with over 500 branches and ongoing site openings. The role focuses on guiding sales, appraising cars, negotiating prices, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating with back

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and manage branch operations.
• Prioritize diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• Assist transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £11,280 per year

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
