WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in Gravesend. The role involves leading branch operations, buying cars, and delivering outstanding customer service while meeting targets.

Competitive salary and bonuses are offered with a 42.5-hour week on a rotating 5-on/2-off schedule, including weekend work. The successful candidate will manage appraisals, negotiations, and handoffs to back office teams, while building strong customer relationships and guiding transport

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
