40 hours per week over 5 days

Monday to Friday with Saturday on a rota

We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Woolwich.

Located on the Woolwich Dockyard Industrial Estate, our store is home to an impressive range of trade and designer paints, a huge selection of wallpapers and all the decorating accessories and equipment customers need for their decorating projects whether they be a professional decorator or a home décor enthusiast. Our friendly and experienced team are always on hand to give product advice to seasoned tradespeople and novice DIYers alike. The team have a wealth of industry experience between them so if you are looking to expand your knowledge in the decorating business, you will be in the best place to do it. The branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.

Managing a team of 3 you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly.

To succeed in the role of Retail Retail Branch Manager you will:

• Be able to demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role
• Have experience of developing a team
• Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
• Be enthusiastic and proactive about selling and be able to inspire staff to achieve high levels of customer service
• Understand our focus on customer service and other Brewers values
• Have the ability to positively represent the Company to a wide range of customers
• Be able to work on your own initiative
• Knowledge of the local area would be beneficial

• Previous experience in the Decorative Industry would be an advantage not essential, as full will training will be given to the right candidate

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
• Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry
• Willing to attend training to become a Fire
