Brewers Decorator Centres in Crawley is seeking a knowledgeable Retail Branch Manager to lead our busy branch and drive sales. You will manage a small team, deliver excellent customer service and develop staff to meet targets. The role emphasizes in-store expertise and strong local market knowledge.

With a long history serving trades and DIY customers, the Crawley store operates Monday to Friday 7am–5pm and Saturday 8am–5pm. A competitive salary plus benefits awaits the right candidate.

We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Crawley.

Our Crawley store has been serving the local trades’ people and retail customers for over 60 years. Inside the branch you will find an impressive range of range of wallcoverings, trade and designer paints, specialist coatings and all the decorating accessories and equipment our customers needed to complete their decorating projects. Our team is extremely experienced in our industry and are always happy to give product advice to seasoned tradespeople and novice DIYers. Normal branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.

Managing a team of 4 you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly.

• Previous experience in the Decorative Industry would be an advantage not essential, as full will training will be given to the right candidate
• Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality - happy to help both customers and colleagues
• Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can be relied upon to work as an individual at all times
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
• Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry
• Willing to attend training to become a Fire
