Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centres in Sutton is seeking a knowledgeable Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy Sutton branch. You will manage a team of 4, ensuring the branch runs smoothly, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

The role is 40 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday with Saturday on a rota, with a competitive salary and company benefits. Applicants will be focused on service, teamwork and local area knowledge.

We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Sutton.

Managing a team of 4 you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly.

With a prominent location on Four Season Crescent, our Sutton has a long history of providing local trades people and home décor enthusiasts with a wide variety of decorating materials. In store our customers will find a huge selection of designer and trade paint brands, wallcoverings and a vast selection of decorating tools and equipment - making us the go to place for retail customers and professional decorators in the area. Branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7.00am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.

• Be able to demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role
• Have experience of developing a team
