Job summary

New Balance in Edinburgh is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. You will engage with shoppers, educate them about products and drive sales while delivering an engaging and friendly in-store experience.

You’ll work with a team to hit personal KPIs, uphold Brand standards, participate in the end-to-end customer journey, and help maintain health and safety standards. Weekend availability and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform basic maths and operate POS.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Passion for sports and brand ambassador responsibilities.

Responsibilities
