Job summary

New Balance in Wales seeks enthusiastic retail associates to engage, educate and entertain customers from entry to exit. You will be a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding service while hitting personal KPIs in a busy store environment.

You’ll need a passion for retail and sales, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule including weekends. The role offers development opportunities and generous staff discounts as part of a supportive European team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties are required from the management team
