Job summary

TUI, a global travel company, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Kidderminster store. You will guide and coach a team to deliver exceptional sales and customer service, becoming destination experts in holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products.

You will work in a busy retail environment, fostering proactivity, energy, and a customer-first approach to create memorable holiday experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing the team to be proactive and actively investigate and resolve every question or complaint.
• As technology advances so does TUI, you'll work with a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge to actively improve our customer digital journey
• Monitor and report on customer feedback, spot trends, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to grow our business
• Lead, inspire, coach and develop the team to become destination experts to recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products whilst delivering exceptional sales and customer service
• You'll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company.
