Job summary

TUI Group in Keynsham is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and inspire the Retail Team, coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales growth. You will develop the team to meet high standards, resolve issues, and enhance the customer journey using various store systems.

The role offers a varied pattern including weekends and bank holidays, with a starting salary of £13.81 per hour and a commission scheme for performance.

• Assist with developing the team to be proactive and actively investigate and resolve every question or complaint. If things don’t go quite right, you’ll have the confidence to step in and take ownership

• Monitor and report on customer feedback, spot trends, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to grow our business
