Job summary

TUI Retail in Haverfordwest is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team, coach colleagues and deliver outstanding customer service while promoting holiday, Cruise, UK Breaks and related products.

You will work alongside your manager to inspire performance, handle shifts, recruit talent, monitor feedback and support customers through a seamless digital journey.

The role requires flexibility, a strong sales drive and a commitment to inclusion in our store environment.

Responsibilities
