Job summary

TUI Canvey Island store is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Retail Team. You will work with your manager to lead, inspire, coach and develop a team to become destination experts who recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will cover varied shift patterns, including evenings and weekends, and play a key role in delivering memorable customer experiences and hitting sales targets through coaching and excellent
