Job summary

TUI Leigh Store is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Retail Team in Leigh. You will work with your manager to lead, inspire and coach a team to become destination experts, recommending and selling holidays, cruises, UK breaks and more.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage shifts, monitor performance and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture. Applicants should be flexible for varied shifts.

• Personality and experience will assist you to guide, coach and develop the team to collaboratively reach high performance and standards that drive engagement
• Assist with developing the team to be proactive and actively investigate and resolve every question or complaint. If things don’t go quite right, you’ll have the confidence to step in and take ownership
• As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll work with a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge to actively improve our customer digital journey
• Monitor and report on customer feedback, spot trends, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to grow our business
