Job summary

Superdrug in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and drive sales in a busy retail environment. The role covers 39 hours per week at Unit 19 The Regent Centre, with a full-time shift pattern including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, manage promotions and stock, and ensure a high standard of customer service and store presentation. A competitive salary up to £31,600 and bonus potential accompany the role.

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
