Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Cambridge is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers, help them find products for their wellness goals, and deliver outstanding service.

You will learn and share knowledge through our training, supporting promotions and maintaining store presentation in a busy retail environment. This role offers a friendly, customer-focused atmosphere with growth opportunities.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
