Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers and help them find products that support their wellness goals.

You will deliver outstanding service, maintain shelves and displays, and work with the team to meet store goals while promoting health and wellbeing.

This role is permanent, 10 hours per week at £13.17 per hour, with 28 days’ holiday, staff discounts and wellbeing benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
