Job summary

Holland & Barrett is hiring a Retail Assistant in the Exeter area. This permanent, part-time role offers 20 hours per week with a pay of £13.70 per hour. Shifts may include Saturdays or Sundays, with delivery shifts starting at 5:30 on Mondays and 6:30 on Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether in-store or online.
• Completing our training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.

• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
