Job summary

Holland & Barrett is recruiting a Retail Assistant for a permanent, part-time role (10 hours per week). The position focuses on welcoming customers, guiding product choices for wellbeing, and delivering exceptional service.

You’ll stock shelves, support promotions and maintain a high standard of store presentation. Ideal candidates are passionate about health, have strong communication, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
• Working with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend products in-store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide guidance.

What you'll be doing

• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
