Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant in the UK to help create welcoming, inspiring experiences for customers. The role is permanent, 10 hours per week, at £13.17 per hour, with training provided to build product knowledge and trusted guidance.

You will welcome customers, recommend products, keep shelves stocked, support promotions, and work with the team to achieve store goals. A supportive environment and wellbeing resources accompany the role.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
