Job summary

Holland & Barrett is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant for a 6 month fixed-term contract at 20 hours per week. You’ll welcome customers, help them choose wellbeing products, and deliver excellent service in a friendly store environment.

With training provided, you’ll build product knowledge and use tablets and digital tools to assist shoppers. Competitive hourly pay and wellbeing benefits accompany this customer-centric role.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
