Job summary

RJUK is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of luxury lifestyle stores, delivering exceptional client experience, brand standards and strong commercial results. You will coach Store and Cluster Managers, elevate service and ensure each store reflects quality and sophistication.

The role combines field leadership with strategic initiatives, including driving omni-channel performance, open new stores and uphold flawless operations across stock, payroll and loss prevention.

• Working pattern: 4 days in stores, 1 day from home, with occasional office attendance
