Job summary

Fashion Personnel is seeking an experienced Area Manager from fast fashion or high street womenswear to join one of the fastest-growing international fashion retailers.

You will lead Store Managers across a multi-site region, driving sales, productivity and profitability while ensuring excellent customer experience and compliance. This role requires strategic coaching, performance management and collaboration with Head Office for openings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fast fashion or high street womenswear retail.
• Minimum 2 years managing multiple stores as Area/District/Regional Manager.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven sales growth & operational excellence.
• Inspiring leader who coaches, develops and motivates teams.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Area Manager from a fast fashion or high street womenswear background to join one of the fastest-growing international fashion retailers.

Please note: this role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is solely within luxury, premium or designer retail. We are specifically looking for Area or District Managers who have led high-volume, fast-paced womenswear stores on the UK high street.

The Role

• Lead, motivate and develop Store Managers across a multi-site region
• Drive sales, productivity and profitability, ensuring all commercial KPIs are achieved
• Analyse trading performance and implement action plans to maximise sales
• Conduct regular store visits to coach teams and improve performance
• Maintain excellent standards of customer experience, visual merchandising, stock management and compliance
• Support recruitment, succession planning and the development of high-performing teams
• Partner with Head Office functions and support new store openings

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Minimum 5 years' experience within fast fashion or high street womenswear retail
• Minimum 2 years' experience managing multiple stores as an Area, District or Regional Manager
• Experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence
• An inspiring leader who enjoys coaching, developing and motivating teams
