Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking a Resuscitation Training Officer to lead, shape and deliver high-quality resuscitation education across Glasgow Royal Infirmary, Stobhill SAC and Lightburn Hospital.

You must hold an active NMC pin and ALS Instructor qualification, with a track record in education, simulation training and clinical leadership.

This permanent, full-time post offers opportunities to influence practice and staff development within NHSGGC.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) Instructor qualification or candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a comprehensive resuscitation education programme.
• Provide simulation-based learning including ALS and First Responder scenarios.
• Attend clinical emergencies and provide leadership and debriefing.
