Job summary

Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a role leading resuscitation training within the organisation. You will plan, develop and deliver training to all staff levels and act as a senior member of the Medical Emergency team, demonstrating clinical competence.

Debriefing of staff after events is also required. The post requires registration with NMC, GMC or HCPC, and experience in acute care teaching.

Qualifications

• Post within last 2 years in an acute care environment.
• Experience teaching within the acute care environment.
• RCUK/RCS/ALSG instructor

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver resuscitation training within the organisation to all levels of staff.
• Act as a senior member of the Medical Emergency team demonstrating clinical competence.
• Debriefing of staff following an event.
