Job summary

Adore Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead, mentor and oversee technical standards on fire and water damage projects in Watford and wider London & South East. The role progresses toward a Technical Manager position, with a defined development plan and regular reviews.

The successful candidate will own technical standards, guide technicians, manage health & safety, and coordinate with insurers and policyholders. UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in fire and/or water damage restoration.
• Experience within insurance repairs or property damage claims.
• Strong understanding of drying and mitigation.
• Knowledge of the insurance claims process.
• Experience running restoration jobs.
• Experience guiding or mentoring other technicians.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Within approximately one hour of Watford.
• BDMA, IICRC WRT/ASD/FSRT, CSCS, SMSTS or IOSH would be advantageous.

£38,000 - £44,000 + Bonus + Company Vehicle | Permanent

Are you an experienced Fire & Water Restoration Technician ready to step up? We are recruiting for a Restoration Supervisor to take ownership of technical standards across live restoration projects, while developing towards a Technical Manager position. This is a great opportunity for someone who is already the person other technicians turn to on site but hasn't yet had formal management responsibility.

The Role
