Job summary

Prime Disaster Response Ltd is seeking a Technical Manager for Fire & Water Restoration (High-Net-Worth Claims) based at our Watford HQ. You will lead field managers and technicians, raise technical standards, and shape training programs while partnering with Directors on growth and profitability.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic impact across London and the South East. You will drive structured induction, refresher and upskilling, manage resource allocation across live jobs,

Qualifications

Proven experience in fire and water damage restoration claims.
Experience leading or supervising a field team.
Full UK driving licence.
Based within one hour of Watford.
BDMA or IICRC qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead field managers and senior technicians to form a high-performing team.
Raise technical standards to meet expectations of high-net-worth clients, insurers and adjusters.
Design and deliver structured training with measurable improvements in capability.
Plan and allocate resources across teams and live jobs as workload grows.
Own health and safety and compliance in the field with the aim of zero incidents.
Understand job profitability and apply commercial judgment to technical decisions.
Act as senior technical contact for insurers and adjusters to build confidence.
Collaborate with Directors on growth, capacity and new capabilities.
Identify and implement improvements to tools, methods, reporting and scheduling.
