Slim Chickens is expanding its UK footprint and seeks a Supervisor to join our team. You will support the Manager in day-to-day operations, lead front- and back-of-house teams, and ensure we deliver an amazing guest experience with great hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in catering or hospitality.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with the team.
• Ability to train and develop managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members and assist the Managers in daily operations.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest hospitality.
• Act as brand ambassador and promote Slim Chickens locally.
• Support local marketing to drive sales and brand presence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
• Develop and train the team to perform at their best.
• Build an engaged team to support future site openings.
• Provide regular feedback to improve performance.
