Job summary

Slim Chickens in Basildon is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Management team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll support day-to-day operations across Front of House and Back of House, lead by example, and help maintain brand standards while driving profitability and staff engagement.

We’re looking for people with leadership in hospitality, strong communication, and a passion for training and developing teams to excel in a fast-casual environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership expertise and ability to coach and develop managers.
• Experience in a catering/hospitality management role is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and assist managers in daily operations.
• Maintain high standards in guest hospitality and brand integrity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company procedures.
• Train and develop staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Support local marketing and drive restaurant performance.
