Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a part-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You’ll work with the Restaurant Manager in preparation, set up and service to ensure smooth operations and memorable guest experiences, while maintaining high standards.

The role is 24 hours per week with shifts across our varied outlets. A passion for customer service, strong communication, and ability to coach and develop a team will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant Supervisor, preferably in a hotel, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, motivating leadership style.
• Passion for high service standards and developing the team.
