Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is recruiting a Reception Manager to join the team and lead Front of House operations. You will promote a welcoming environment, ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service, and collaborate with your team on daily business such as VIP visits and special requirements.

You will be responsible for motivating and coaching colleagues, building strong cross‑department relationships, and delivering memorable guest moments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Reception/Front of House in a hotel setting.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with guests and cross‑department teams.
• Proven track record in motivating teams to deliver memorable service.
• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive environment where colleagues are multi skilled and guest service is friendly and efficient.
• Coordinate with the team to brief on VIP visits and any special requirements.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations to ensure guests receive outstanding service.
