Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a part-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You’ll work with the Restaurant Manager in preparation, set up and service to ensure smooth operations and memorable guest experiences, while maintaining high standards.

The role is 24 hours per week with shifts across our varied outlets. A passion for customer service, strong communication, and ability to coach and develop a team will help you thrive.

We have an opening for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at De Vere Beaumont Estate near Old Windsor. As the Restaurant Supervisor you'll work with our Restaurant Manager participating in the preparation, set up and service of the restaurants to ensure they run smoothly. You'll create memorable food and beverage experiences for our guests ensuring efficient, high standards of service at all time. This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• You will have experience as a Restaurant Supervisor preferably in a hotel environment although this is not essential
• A positive approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team
• A service orientated approach and a passion for high standards with experience of coaching, developing and training team members
• Well organised, flexible and able to work well under pressure

De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds.
