De Vere Cotswold Water Park is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team near South Cerney. You will work with the Restaurant Manager on prep, setup and service to ensure smooth operations and high standards of guest experience.

You will lead and develop a service-focused team, maintaining exceptional guest experiences across our dining outlets. The role requires flexibility for varied shifts within a 24/7 operation and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, preferably in a hotel environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
• Service oriented with passion for high standards and training team members
• Well organised and flexible, able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with prep, setup and service to ensure smooth operation
• Create memorable food and beverage experiences for guests and maintain high service standards
• Support staff development and maintain excellent guest service throughout shifts
