Job summary

Green & Fortune Ltd. is recruiting a Restaurant Supervisor for Clerks House in London. You will lead floor operations, coach a busy team and ensure outstanding guest experiences from breakfast through dinner, including brunch and roasts on weekends.

You will be an on-the-floor presence, handle reservations and guest flow, and collaborate closely with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams to deliver consistent hospitality and a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or senior floor role within a busy, quality-led restaurant.
Confidence leading a team on shift, allocating sections, coaching colleagues and maintaining standards.
Strong food and drink knowledge, with the confidence to talk guests through menus and recommendations.
Hands-on, calm and organised approach to manage guest flow and service issues.

Responsibilities

Take the lead on the floor, ensuring service runs smoothly from opening to close.
Lead by example, coach and develop the team to maintain professionalism and hospitality.
Be a visible presence on the floor, anticipate guests' needs and bring menus to life.
Monitor reservations, guest flow, table turnover and section performance during busy services.
Collaborate with kitchen, bar, host and wider teams to ensure seamless food, drink and service.
