De Vere Cotswold Water Park invites applications for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead The Old Boat House, delivering Italian-inspired cuisine in a welcoming setting. You will own the day-to-day operation and inspire your team to maintain exceptional service while growing the business.

You will be hands-on on the floor, manage rotas and recruitment, and explore opportunities to drive local business and guest visits. A strong hospitality mindset is essential.

Formación

• Experience leading busy restaurant operations.
• Confident hands-on leader visible on the floor.
• Strong understanding of delivering great service and driving revenue.
