The Old Boat House at De Vere Cotswold Water Park is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to take ownership of the day‑to‑day operation. You’ll lead the team to deliver Italian‑inspired cuisine with warm hospitality and consistently high standards, while being hands‑on on the floor and guiding rotas, recruitment and training.

You’ll be free to bring ideas to grow the business, from driving local visits to creating new opportunities to engage guests.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience managing a busy restaurant
• Hands-on leader who is visible on the restaurant floor
• Strong understanding of delivering great service and managing a team
• Commercially minded with ability to drive revenue and control costs
• Organised approach to rotas and staffing levels
