Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is recruiting a Reception Manager to join the team and lead Front of House operations. You will promote a welcoming environment, ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service, and collaborate with your team on daily business such as VIP visits and special requirements.

You will be responsible for motivating and coaching colleagues, building strong cross‑department relationships, and delivering memorable guest moments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Reception/Front of House in a hotel setting.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with guests and cross‑department teams.
• Proven track record in motivating teams to deliver memorable service.
• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

As the Reception Manager you will

promote a positive environment where colleagues are multi skilled ensuring our guests always receives the friendliest and most efficient service possible, while also positively approaching any sales opportunity. Working closely with your team, you’ll make sure that all colleagues are aware of each day’s business such as VIP visits and any special requirements that may be needed.

Your Skills & Experience

• You have Reception / Front of House management experience ideally within a similar sized hotel


• You have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with people, which is vital for this role when liaising with both guests and various different departments and teams across the Hotel


• You have the ability to motivate and inspire team members, encouraging them to put their heart and soul in to creating memorable moments for our guests


• You are able to delegate effective and have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
