Job description

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service at one of London's iconic dining destinations. You will support the Restaurant Manager in operational tasks, oversee service, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising wait staff and providing guidance to maintain high standards of hospitality.
  • Conducting pre-service briefings and managing guest interactions.
  • Supporting opening and closing procedures and administrative tasks.
  • Responding to guest requests and feedback with professionalism and creativity.
  • Collaborating with kitchen and wine teams to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Leadership skills with a professional and guest-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of restaurant systems and guest handling.
  • Excellent communication and grooming standards.

Preferred:

  • Experience with restaurant administration and beverage service.
  • Ability to lead pre-service briefings and resolve service issues diplomatically.
